ブロックは2つの建物からなるこの物件を2001年に150万ドル弱で購入したと、realtor.comは報じている。
広さ3360平方フィート（約312平方メートル）のメインの建物は312万5000ドルで売れたという。物件は2019年に650万ドルで売りに出されて以来、何度か値下げされていた。
それでもティビー・アイランドでは史上最も高い値段で売れた物件だとSavannah MLSは伝えている。
広さ2800平方フィートのゲストハウスも、別の買い手に105万ドルで売却されたとrealtor.comは報じた。
ブロックは『デンジャラス・ビューティー』『スピード』『バード・ボックス』『ゼロ・グラビティ』といった映画で主演を務めてきた。
メインの建物は広さ1.6エーカー（約6470平方メートル）の土地に建っている。
